So .. as I was adding detailed tasks to our project plan on Tuesday, I thought wryly : which one of the six (cynical) phases of the project would we find ourselves in?
These are –
1. Enthusiasm,
2. Disillusionment,
3. Panic,
4. Search for the guilty,
5. Punishment of the innocent, and
6. Praise and honor for the nonparticipants.
