Happy Monday.
Itβs Seattle Forest Weekβ a yearly campaign by Seattle Parks to promote the cityβs green spaces, healthy urban forests, and encourage the planting of native plants.

We donβt have these furry creatures here in the Pacific Northwest. I had to do a picture search to find out that they are tree-kangaroos, native to the Huon Peninsula of northeastern New Guinea island, in Papua New Guinea.
It is an endangered species with only an estimated 2,500 left in the wild.
